Even though I just created this blog, out of a drastic need to write and converse more about wine, I thought I would start with a musing on Finca Morera’s Cabernet Franc which I had with my grandparents and cousisns tonight. Not only did they all love it, I loved it as well. Especially with the tritip steak. A small slice of heavenly bliss.
And man did it open nicely. For a 2002, it has some serious aging potential.
